Rodriguez was a force for the Express this week, helping Wells collect three important United East victories. The sophomore totaled 63 points across the three contests, spilling in a career-high 27 in the week’s opener against Penn College. In that same game, Rodriguez went a perfect 11 for 11 from the charity stripe. The guard from Manhattan, N.Y. was knocking down everything as he shot 66% percent from the field (21-for-32) and 60% from beyond the arc (6-for-10). Rodriguez also helped facilitate the offense as he totaled 21 dimes on the week. On defense, he picked up 14 steals and also reeled in 14 boards.
