Beldon reached the 1,000-point mark this past Saturday at home against Penn St.-Abington with her first basket of the game in the second quarter. She finished the game with a double-double with 13 points and 11 rebounds. For the entire week she tallied 34 points and 28 rebounds and 14 assists. She grabbed a career-high 12 rebounds against St. Mary’s (Md.). GU went 3-0 for the week and has won five straight and sit on top of the conference standings.
