Defensive Player of the Week
Citrine Lummer / SO / Gallaudet University / Frederick, Md.

Gallaudet University sophomore linebacker Citrine Lummer tallied eight tackles, one tackle for loss and snagged one interception as the Bison swept a conference tri-match at Cedar Crest College. In the 38-19 win over second-place Penn State Harrisburg, Lummer made two tackles and snagged an interception and returned it 16 yards for the Bison. On offense she added eight receptions, 56 yards and a score. In the 34-6 victory over the host Falcons of Cedar Crest, Lummer made six stops on defense and one tackle for loss. At wide receiver, she grabbed five passes for 56 yards (yes, same total as the first game) and found the end zone once.

This is Lummer's third career United East weekly accolade in women's flag football, earning the distinction for the third time in as many weeks.
