Picking up her second Pitcher of the Week honor in as many weeks, Smith twirled a complete game shutout in the Nittany Lions’ first game of a doubleheader against Penn College this weekend. The junior allowed just four hits across 7.0 innings in the circle, not allowing a single Wildcat to score. She also racked up nine punch outs while walking just a single batter.
