Briana Smith went 3-0 with 24 strikeouts and just one run allowed (unearned) in 18.0 innings of work this week helping her earn her third-straight Pitcher of the Week honor. The junior right-hander tossed a perfect game and finished with three shutouts. Smith allowed three hits and struck out nine in a complete-game shutout over Penn State Abington. She tossed the first perfect game of her career with six strikeouts in a win over Lancaster Bible College. Smith finished off the week with four hits allowed and eight strikeouts in a shutout of Gallaudet University.
