Volleyball Defensive Player of the Week

Helman dominated in the opposite color jersey for the Chargers, helping her team go 3-1 on the week. The libero posted 89 digs on the week, including a career-high 29 in the win over Lebanon Valley College on Saturday. On the week, Helman eclipsed the 20-dig mark twice while averaging nearly six digs per set. Adding to the stat sheet, she also tallied eight assists and six aces.
