Gray had an impressive weekend in the United East Preview hosted by Cairn University. Gray led all 83 runners with a time of 27:42.5, a whole minute before the next runner. Gray was the 2022 United East champion en route to his Runner of the Year and NCAA Division III All-Region awards last season. This is the fifth Runner of the Week honor for Gray who previously won on September 6, 2022, October 4, 2022, October 25, 2022, and September 5, 2023.
