In two tournaments last week, Mussina finished second to start the week and took home medalist honors to end the week. He fired a career-best 2-under 69 to tie for second, in a field of 68 players, at the Elizabethtown College Fall Invitational on Tuesday at Hershey Country Club. He capped off the week with a two-day total of 1-over (143) to top the field of 82 players at the Mountain Valley Collegiate Classic on Saturday and Sunday. This is the third Athlete of the Week honor for Mussina (October 4, 2022 and October 25, 2022) who finished the 2022-23 season as a First Team All-United East honoree after a second-place finish at the league championship meet in April.
