Female Runner of the Week

The first Charger to be tabbed Runner of the Week this season, Allen used her speed to help Lancaster Bible take ninth at the Lebanon Valley Invitational on Friday. The senior crossed the finish line in 27:37.9, which was a season best for her. The time also earned her 26th place in a field of 74 runners.
