LATHAM, N.Y. - The North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) has named it's softball All-Sportsmanship team for 2021 season. 

The NEAC All-Sportsmanship Team recognizes student-athletes who epitomize the ideals of sportsmanship. Student-athletes selected to the All-Sportsmanship team demonstrate fair play, graciousness in victory and respectfulness in defeat. Each individual has been chosen by their coach as a representative who embodies the Division III spirit.

The following student athletes have been selected for this season's softball All-Sportsmanship Team:

 

Olivia Hemstock (Jr.) - Penn College

Arizona Shreck (Fr.) - Penn State Berks 

Maddie Krantz (Jr.) - Penn State Harrisburg

Serina Sheradin (Fr.) - Wells

Chyne Kennedy (Jr.) - Morrisville

Nicole DeKok (Sr.) - Lancaster Bible

Maddie Duffy (So.) - Penn State Abington

 

These seven players are ambassadors for their teams, both on and off the course, and galvanize their teammates toward their goals. They exhibit respect for themselves, teammates, coaches, opponents, officials, spectators, and the greater campus community.

The North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) has eight NCAA Division III member institutions which include: Gallaudet University, Lancaster Bible College, Morrisville State, Penn College, Penn State Abington, Penn State Berks, Penn State Harrisburg, and Wells College. The NEAC also includes one associate member in Rutgers University – Camden (M Golf). The NEAC has also partnered with the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference in the sports of men's and women's lacrosse and the North Atlantic Conference in men's tennis and women's tennis.
