2023 Men's Soccer Championship Field Set

LATHAM, N.Y. - The 2023 United East Men’s Soccer Championship field of twelve is set, as the League schedule came to a close on Wednesday evening.

Penn State Abington earned the No. 1 seed in the Volt Division after a 2-0 victory over St. Mary’s this afternoon to finish the season 5-0-1 collecting 16 out of possible 18 points and the divisional regular season crown. 

Rosemont College earned the No. 1 seed in the Skye Division after tonight’s 3-0 victory over St. Elizabeth to finish the season 7-0-1 to claim the divisional regular season crown.  

Penn State Harrisburg and Cairn University earned the No. 2 seeds in the Volt and Skye Division, respectively.  Harrisburg earned the No. 2 seed in the Volt by virtue of the head-to-head tiebreaker with Lancaster Bible.  The No. 1 and No. 2 seeds in each division have earned a first-round bye. 

In the Volt Division, No. 6 Penn State Berks will travel to No. 3 Lancaster Bible, while No. 5 Penn College will play at No. 4 St. Mary’s College in the quarterfinals.  The lowest remaining seed will advance to the divisional semifinals on Monday, October 30 to play at No. 1 Penn State Abington, while the highest advancing seed will play at No. 2 Penn State Harrisburg.  Volt Division Finals will be held at the highest remaining seed on Wednesday, November 1.

In the Skye Division, No. 6 Notre Dame of Maryland will travel to No. 3 Saint Elizabeth University, while No. 5 Keystone College will play at No. 4 Bryn Athyn College in the quarterfinals.  The lowest remaining seed will advance to the divisional semifinals on Monday, October 30 to play at No. 1 Rosemont, while the highest advancing seed will play at No. 2 Cairn.  Skye Division Finals will be held at the highest remaining seed on Wednesday, November 1.

Divisional champions will meet in the 2023 United East Men’s Soccer Championship Game on Saturday, November 4 hosted at the home of the Skye Division champion.
