KANSAS CITY, Mo. - For the first time in program history, Penn State Harrisburg women’s soccer has earned a spot in the United Soccer Coaches Top 25 Poll. Additionally, the Lion coaching staff, led by Brandon West, earned Region IV Coach of the Year honors. Joining Coach West on his staff are Ryan Sipe, Nick West, Jared Odenbeck, Jessie Walker and Sara White.

COACHING STAFFS OF THE YEAR
Following the conclusion of the NCAA Division III Championship Tournament, the Lions (16-6-4) landed at No. 23 in the final national rankings. This fall, Penn State Harrisburg set a program record with 16 wins, claimed a second straight United East Championship, earned two NCAA Tournament victories, and reached the NCAA Round of 16 for the first time ever.
Statistically, the Lions ranked sixth nationally in total assists (60) and finished 11th in both total goals (75) and total points (210).
Individually, Diana Pon earned United Soccer Coaches All-America Third Team honors, while Pon, Mackenzie Mowery, and Ava Myers were named to their respective all-region teams. Nine Lions collected all-conference accolades, and head coach Brandon West was recognized as the United East Coach of the Year.
