St. Mary’s College has been a powerhouse ever since joining the conference in 2021. The Seahawks have hoisted the trophy four-straight years and the 2024 Coach of the Year, Reava Potter, returns a number of All-Conference award winners for the 2025 season.
Lancaster Bible College holds onto the second spot in the polls and will be returning two Top-5 runners from 2024 including Abby Ames and Seana Dougherty.
Cairn collected the only first place not to go to the Seahawks and boast last year’s individual winner in Clarisse Hayden. Penn College rounds out the top four teams and are hungry to move up the final standings as they have improved in each of the last two years.
This year’s Championship race will be hosted by Penn State Brandywine on November 1.
