Runner of the Week:
Gwynedd-Mercy College’s Brett Kubiak (So., Philadelphia, PA/Milton Hershey) has been named the Colonial States Athletic Conference runner of the week for men’s cross country for the week ending October 23, 2011. At the 4-mile Haverford College Invitational, Kubiak finished seventh overall, in a field of 110 runners from 11 schools, with a time of 20:15.

Neumann University's Colin Kane (Landsdale, PA/North Penn) has been named the Colonial States Athletic Conference men's cross country runner of the week for the week ending Oct. 16, 2011. The sophomore finished second at the Cheyney 6K Invitational with a time of 21:14, helping lead the Knights to a first-place team finish.

Gwynedd-Mercy College's Joe Kubiak (So, Philadelphia, PA/Milton Hershey) has been named the Colonial States Athletic Conference men's cross country runner of the week for the week ending October 9, 2011. At the DeSales University Invitational, Kubiak took sixth place individually, with a time of 26:35 in the 8K race, to help the Griffins place third out of 22 schools.
Honor Roll:
Cabrini College's Josh Sutterfield (So, Royersford, PA/Spring-Ford) has been named to the Colonial States Athletic Conference men's cross country honor roll for the week ending October 9, 2011. Sutterfield finished first, out of 17 runners, at the Cheyney University Invitational, posting a time of 21:04 in the 6K race to lead the Cavaliers to the team title.

Gwynedd-Mercy College's Brett Kubiak (So, Philadelphia, PA/Milton Hershey) has been named the Colonial States Athletic Conference men's cross country runner of the week for the week ending October 2, 2011. At the Paul Short Invitational, held at Lehigh University, Kubiak placed fourth out of 357 runners with a personal-best time of 26:16 in the 8K race, leading the Griffins to a third-place team finish.

Keystone College’s Justin Clarke (Fr, Factoryville, PA, Lackawanna Trail) has been named the Colonial States Athletic Conference men’s cross country runner of the week for the week ending September 25, 2011. The freshman won the individual championship at the Keystone College Invitational, besting 62 runners with a time of 30:12 on a sloppy course, to help the Giants to a second-place finish.
Honor Roll:
Marywood University’s Eric LiPuma (Fr, Midland Park, NJ/Midland Park) has been named to the Colonial States Athletic Conference men’s cross country Honor Roll for the week ending September 25, 2011. He finished second out of 62 runners at the Keystone College Invitational, posting a time of 30:27, to lead the Pacers to the team championship.

Centenary College's Anthony LaManna (Succasunna, NJ/Roxbury) has been named the Colonial States Athletic Conference men's cross country runner of the week for the week ending September 18, 2011. The freshman finished 12th out of 44 runners, with a time of 22:01, at the 6K Mule/Falcon Invitational on Saturday.

Marywood University's Eric Sprenkle (Jr., York, PA/York West) has been named the Colonial States Athletic Conference men's cross country runner of the week for the week ending September 11, 2011. The junior placed 33rd out of 160 with a time of 17:09.20 on the 5k course at Saturday's Lebanon Valley College Dutchman Invitational. Sprenkle helped the Pacers to an 8th place team finish.

Runner of the Week:
Gwynedd-Mercy College's Tyler Somers (Fr., Marlton, NJ/Cherokee) has been named the Colonial States Athletic Conference men's cross country runner of the week for the week ending September 4, 2011. Somers was the top GMC finisher in the Delaware Valley College Invitational with a time of 27:28.91 (13th/136) on the 8k course. In his first collegiate race the freshman helped the Griffins to a fourth place team finish.
Honor Roll:
Marywood University's Eric Sprenkle (Jr., York, Pa/York West) has been named to the Colonial States Athletic Conference men's cross country honor roll for the week ending September 4, 2011. The junior placed 6th out of 71 runners with a time of 20:40.10 in Thursday's NEPA 6k Classic to lead the Pacers to a 3rd place finish in the season's first race.
