2015 CSAC Golfers of the Week

Jesse Bingaman / Jr / Marywood University / Nazareth, Pa. / Nazareth Area
Bingaman shot a 1-over par 73 to win the 2015 Revolutionary Classic by three strokes over nearly 60 other golfers. Bingaman led Marywood to a second place finish out of 11 teams and to the highest finish of five CSAC teams participating. After transferring to Marywood in January, Bingaman has been the medalist in the Pacers' two matches so far this spring. Against Occidental College on the famous Torrey Pines South course in California, Bingaman had a low round of 76 (+4).

Thompson led the Knights at the Griffin Invitational on Tuesday afternoon. The senior shot a 79 on the par 70, 6,561 yard course, helping Neumann to a team score of 331 and eighth place in the DII and DIII field.

Steve Kluemper / Sr / Centenary University / Bethlehem, Pa. / Freedom
Kluemper shot a 3-under par 69 to earn first place at the Centenary Spring Dual. Kluemper's personal best came at the same course in the spring of 2013, where he shot a 68. He now owns the top two spots in the Centenary record book. He also placed second at the Immaculata Invitational with a 76 and placed 10th at Alvernia with a 78.

Breslin led the Blue and White to a team victory at the Cabrini College Quad at the Rivercrest Golf Club and Preserve. The senior carded a round of +3, 74 to finish in a tie for second place which led four Cavaliers in the top 10.

Nicholas Johnson / FY / Marywood University / Moosic, Pa. / Scranton Prepatory
Johnson led the Pacers to two tournament championships on the week with one medalist honor and one fifth place finish. Johnson fired two rounds of 73 to earn medalist honors and help the Pacers win the Glenmaura National Collegiate Invite. Johnson beat teammate Michael Thomas by one stroke. In the CSAC "Preview" match at Philmont South, Johnson tied for fifth with a round of 79 to help Marywood earn a first place finish again.
