KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Penn State Harrisburg women's soccer player Sarah Toche-Manley has earned United Soccer Coaches (USC) All-Region recognition, as announced by the organization on Monday afternoon.
Toche-Manley was named to the USC All-Region IV Second Team. She is the first player in program history to earn all-region honors of any kind.
The sophomore's most-recent accolade comes after being named to the United East All-Conference First Team earlier this fall. The Harleysville, Pa. native started all 21 games in the midfield this season, tallying nine total points on three goals and three assists. Toche-Manley was the catalyst of a defensive unit that allowed just 0.77 goals per game and surrendered just two goals to conference opponents this year. Her efforts helped the Lions secure their first-ever NCAA Tournament berth after capturing the second conference championship in program history.
