PITTSBURGH, Pa. - The St. Mary’s College of Maryland women’s volleyball team fell, 3-0 (25-13, 25-23, 25-13), to #4 Wisconsin-Eau Claire on Thursday afternoon in the Opening Round of the 2025 NCAA Championship hosted by Carnegie Mellon University. With the result, the Seahawks conclude their season with a record of 17-15 and the title of United East Champions.
Julia Bobrowski was the main source of offense for the ‘Hawks as she racked up a team-high 10 kills and hit at a clip of .409. Maya Mauro and Sanaa Porter would each collect four kills. Camilla Galeano filled the setter role, posting 12 helpers on the outing.
Defensively, Galeano and Bobrowski each picked up seven digs while Faith Shockley accumulated three digs.
