WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. - The second-seeded Penn College men’s lacrosse team defeated No. 3 Bryn Athyn College, 19-2, Wednesday evening in the semifinal round of the 2025 United East Championship.
With the win, the Wildcats will now square off against St. Mary’s College of Maryland for a shot at the title and the automatic qualifier to the NCAA Championship. That contest will take place on Saturday at the Seahawks’ home facility.

The Wildcats had control of the game from the jump, scoring six first quarter goals. They ran their goal tally up to 11 before the half and tacked on one more before Bryn Athyn was able to find the back of the net.
At the conclusion of the game, 14 different Penn College players registered a point including a five goal, two assist performance from Elliott Dotson. His brother AJ Dotson helped create a number of those goal opportunities as he ended the day with five assists and a goal. Owen Kupsey also had a solid outing as he notched four goals.
At the restart, the Wildcats were nearly unstoppable winning 22 of the 24 chances, including a perfect 9-9 from Antonio Santora.
For the Lions, Jayden McGonagle and Dylan Fesmire were responsible for the goals while Christian Kolb finished with 15 saves in net.
