LATHAM, N.Y. - The United East saw 31 softball players earn College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District honors. Players from Cairn University, Cedar Crest College, Gallaudet University, Keystone College, Lancaster Bible College, Penn College, Penn State Abington, Penn State Harrisburg, Penn State Brandywine and Wilson College all had players awarded with this distinction.
The 2024-25 Academic All-District Softball Teams recognize the nation’s top student-athlete for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. The 32 student-athletes named is six more than earned the honor in 2024.
Student-athletes selected to the Academic All-District softball team must be at least a sophomore or above, maintain a 3.50 GPA or higher and have competed in 70% of the total matches played by the team that includes team scores.
