The top spot was a tie in this year’s poll with Penn College holding the edge in first place votes, 9-4, over St. Mary’s College. Penn College has been on a tear, winning the United East Championship the last two seasons. The Wildcats return a healthy roster that saw a record nine All-Conference members and four on the First Team.
The Seahawks turned in a great 2024 Championship effort, seeing eight runners collect All-Conference honors. The squad graduated perennial podium finisher Michael Wade but still boast Pierson Hogue who earned an All-Conference First Team nod last season.
Lancaster Bible College clocks in at number three and will look for young talent to step up as three-time United East Runner of the Year, Mitchell Gray, has graduated. Penn State Berks rounds out the top four and will look for 2024 Rookie of the Year, Trent Jordan, to help guide the team in 2025.
This year’s Championship race will be hosted by Penn State Brandywine on November 1.
