KANSAS CITY, Mo.
- Penn State Berks is proud to announce that its men's soccer team has been honored with a 2025 College Team Ethics and Sportsmanship Award by United Soccer Coaches, recognizing the squad's commitment to fair play, sportsmanship, and respect for the game throughout the 2025 season.

The College Team Ethics and Sportsmanship Awards are presented annually by United Soccer Coaches to collegiate programs that demonstrate exemplary sporting behavior and adherence to the laws of the game, as measured by the number of yellow and red cards accumulated relative to games played.

Berks stood alone among men's soccer programs nationally, earning the distinction as the only men's team to receive the award in 2025. The recognition underscores the Nittany Lions' consistent commitment to sportsmanship and ethical competition at the highest standard.

Led by head coach Steve Small, the Penn State Berks men's soccer program earned Bronze Award honors, reflecting a low disciplinary record and a season defined by respect for opponents, officials, and the game itself.
