LATHAM, N.Y. – Keuka College has won the 2019 North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) Field Hockey Regular Season Championship. The Wolves make it back-to-back titles after claiming the program’s first title last season.

Keuka will serve as host for the NEAC Championship Game next Saturday against Wells College. The Wolves went 3-0 in NEAC play for the second consecutive season.

Wells College is the No. 2 seed championship despite finishing in fourth. That is due to Lancaster Bible competing in the Colonial State Athletic Conference (CSAC) and Morrisville State competing in the State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) for automatic qualifiers.

Junior Nicole Wilson and freshman Makaela Mills pace the offense for the Wolves with 16 and 11 points, respectively. The duo also led the team in NEAC play in points. Wilson led the team in goals with seven. Senior Kassidy Valentine started 13 games in goal and posted a .660 save percentage.

For Wells, senior Whitney Coleman paced the offense with 10 points, and freshman goalkeeper Sabrina Burns recorded 153 saves between the pipes for the Express.

The championship game will be at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 2, at Keuka.
