LATHAM, N.Y. – The North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) has announced its 2019-20 Men’s Basketball All-Conference selections, honoring the top 18 players in the league regardless of position. The First, Second and Third Team are each comprised of six players as selected by the conference coaches. The three individual award winners are also determined by coaches’ votes.
Penn State Harrisburg, the NEAC Men’s Basketball regular season champions with top records of 18-7 overall and 14-2 in conference play, swept the individual award winner accolades.
Sharpshooting guard Donyae Baylor-Carroll (Harrisburg, Pa.) has been recognized as the NEAC Men’s Basketball Player of the Year.
