Women's Soccer Sees 34 Earn Academic All-District Honors

LATHAM, N.Y. - The United East saw 34 women's soccer players earn College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District honors. Cairn University, Lancaster Bible College, Keystone College, Penn College, Penn State Abington, Penn State Brandywine, Penn State Harrisburg, St. Mary’s College of Maryland and Wilson College all had players awarded with this distinction.

The 2024-25 Academic All-District Women's Soccer Teams recognize the nation’s top student-athlete for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The United East's 34 student-athletes recognized matches the 34 named in 2023.

Student-athletes selected to the Academic All-District women's soccer team must be at least a sophomore or above, maintain a 3.50 GPA or higher and have competed in 70% of the total matches played by the team that includes team scores.

*** - Student-athletes selected as CSC Academic All-America finalists are denoted with an asterisk; they will advance to the national ballot to be voted on by CSC members. 

The CSC Academic All-America program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions - NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA. Academic All-District honorees advance to the CSC Academic All-America ballot. First-, second and third-team Academic All-America honorees will be announced June 4 (women) and June 5 (men).
