LATHAM, N.Y. - The United East saw 25 women's volleyball players earn College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District honors. Players from Cairn University, Cedar Crest College, Gallaudet University, Lancaster Bible College, Keystone College, Penn College, Penn State Abington, Penn State Harrisburg, St. Mary’s College of Maryland and Wilson College all had players awarded with this distinction.
The 2024-25 Academic All-District Women's Volleyball Teams recognize the nation’s top student-athlete for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. The 24 student-athletes named is five more than earned the honor in 2023.
Student-athletes selected to the Academic All-District women's volleyball team must be at least a sophomore or above, maintain a 3.50 GPA or higher and have competed in 70% of the total matches played by the team that includes team scores.
