While Gallaudet finished the regular season atop the conference standings with a 10-0 record in league play, the Bison are ineligible for the United East Tournament due to a lack of available players. A number of student-athletes from the Gallaudet roster will be traveling to Tokyo, Japan to participate in the 2025 Deaflympics, leaving the Bison unable to compete in the entirety of the conference tournament. Therefore, Penn State Harrisburg will receive the top seed for the United East Tournament and the teams that finished 2nd through 11th will be seeded to complete the 10-team tournament field.
The first round of the tournament begins on Wednesday, November 5.  The quarterfinals will then take place on Saturday, November 8 with the semifinals commencing on Tuesday, November 11. The Championship Final will then take place on Saturday, November 15. All matches will be played at the higher seed's home facility.

Penn State Harrisburg secured the top seed in the tournament after dominating conference play with a 9-1 record. The Lions dropped just three sets all season, showcasing their depth and consistency throughout the year.
St. Mary’s College locked in the No. 2 seed with an impressive 8-2 conference record. The Seahawks also surrendered only three sets throughout conference play, battling for home court advantage.
Lancaster Bible earned the No. 3 seed after finishing 7-3 in conference action. Rounding out the teams getting opening round byes are Notre Dame of Maryland, Cairn University, and Penn State Brandywine. Penn State Abington and Penn College, alongside Cedar Crest and Penn State Berks will face of in the opening round.
