LATHAM, N.Y. - The United East Conference is requesting proposals for a Coordinator of Officials for the sport of Women’s Flag Football. The contracted individual/organization will begin immediately upon hire and should be prepared to provide assigning services for all United East institutions during the regular season and postseason for a three-year commitment beginning the 2025-26 academic year through 2027-28.

If interested, individuals/organizations should submit their proposal to United East Commissioner Stephanie Dutton via email no later than July 11, 2025 with the review of proposals to begin immediately. Only emailed proposals will be accepted. 

Interested individuals/organizations are asked to submit the information outlined in this document in a clear and concise manner. All proposals will be held in confidence and evaluated by any conference constituent involved in the selection process. The United East Commissioner reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals, or to negotiate separately with competing contractors.
