St. Mary's College Defends Men's Indoor Track Title

PRINCE GEORGE COUNTY, Md. - The 2026 United East Men’s Indoor Track & Field Championships wrapped up Friday evening at the Prince George Sports and Learning Complex. St. Mary’s College of Maryland was victorious, earning the team title for the second-straight season. Find the team scores below

Lancaster Bible College - 104 points

Contributions to the win came from all over the Seahawk roster but Solomon David, who was tabbed the Rookie of the Year and the Field Athlete of the Year, earned the most points towards the team total. The first year athlete took home gold in both the triple jump and the high jump, while grabbing the silver medal in the long jump and the 60m hurdles. Four more gold medals were earned by the Seahawks including one by Nick Haylock (60m dash), Moses McCrae (200m), Zachary Kralec (pole vault) and the 4x400m relay team.

Harrisburg continued its steady rise in the indoor track and field space, collecting a trio of gold medals on the day. Connor Daubert got it started with one in the weight throw while Landon Weldon (200m) and Nathan Cammauf (60m) garnered the other two on the track.

No athlete was more decorated in gold than Lancaster Bible’s David Helms, who was tabbed the Track Athlete of the Year. Helms hit the podium five times on the day, earning gold in all five events (5000m, 1 mile, 3000m, 800m, DMR).

Gallaudet picked up a pair of top finishes in field events including Navar Harris in the shot put and Walter Douglas in the long jump.
