NEW ORLEANS, Louisiana - Two members of the St. Mary’s College of Maryland men’s indoor track & field team earned All-Region honors for their performances during the 2025-26 season. Solomon David earned a pair of All-Region nods while Zachary Kralec collected one.

Solomon David made his mark in his collegiate debut, collecting All-Region honors in the high jump and triple jump. The first year leaper saved his best for last, setting a mark of 14.31m in the triple jump at the AARTFC Indoor Track & Field Championship. The mark was good enough for fourth in the Mid-Atlantic Region and 40th in the nation. David also hit a height of 1.91 meters in the high jump at the United East Championships, which is tied for the seventh-best in the Region. David finished his first year with the title of United East Rookie of the Year, United East Field Athlete of the Year and two United East gold medals.
Kralec has been a staple for the conference in the pole vault, earning the title this year marking his second-straight gold in that event. The senior’s top mark this season came at the Conference Championship in which he hit a mark of 4.70m. Kralec was fourth in the Mid-Atlantic Region.
