Blair was a standout in his first season playing collegiate basketball, leading his squad in a number of statistical categories. The first year averaged a team-leading 13.9 points per game while scoring 334 points (16th best in the conference). Blair excelled at the free throw line, as his shooting percentage of 79.5 was tied for fourth best in the league. The guard scored over 10 points in 19 games this season, cashing in 22 in the regular season finale against Penn State Brandywine. He’d go on to earn All-Conference Second Team honors

Hurst really took a leadership role for the Chargers this season, helping the squad earn the top spot in the postseason. A scoring machine, the junior has recorded 208 made field goals this year (11th in the country) for a total of 558 points (23rd in the country). His 21.5 points-per-game rank first in the conference and 38th in Division III. Consistency is key as he has scored double-digits in all 26 games this year, has hit the 20-point mark 19 times and the 30-point mark twice. His attention to defense has served him well too, racking up a league-leading 54 steals this season. This year, Hurst collected Offensive Player of the Week honors five separate times.

Simpson left it all out on the court in his final year as a Highlander. The guard knew how to get to the rim as his 20.3 points per game ranked second in the conference as did his 567 points scored. Simpson got defenders into fouling situations as well, scoring 156 points from the charity stripe which topped the conference and ranked 12th in all of Division III. The Atlanta, Ga. native had range as well, scoring 63 3-pointers which ranked second in the United East. Simpson hit the 20-point mark 16 times this year including a season-best 30 in a contest against McDaniel. He’d finish the year earned First Team All-Conference honors.

Kelly was a court general as he led the conference in minutes per game at 35:59. The senior averaged 19.9 points per game, topped only by the other two players to earn All-Region honors. A lot of his success came by getting to the free throw line as his 130 made free throws ranked second in the United East. The Philadelphia, Pa. native hit double-digit scoring in all but two games this year but his best performance was a 47-point explosion against Gallaudet. That total is the 10th most by any Division III player this season and the most points by a player since the conference became the United East. Kelly ended the season earning a spot on the All-Conference First Team.
