LATHAM, N.Y. - The United East has released the 2025-26 women’s tennis preseason poll with eight teams included in the rankings. Find the results below:

1. St. Mary's College of Maryland
2. Penn State Harrisburg
3. Cairn University
4. Lancaster Bible College
5. Penn State Abington
6. Notre Dame of Maryland University
7. Penn State Berks
8. Penn College
9. Cedar Crest College
10. Penn Sate Brandywine

The Seahawks edged out Harrisburg for the top spot after claiming the Regular Season title in 2024-25 and a Runner-Up finish in the United East Championship. The squad has a new look this season starting at the top as 2025 Coach of the Year, Sona Brymer, has departed and a new Head Coach is still to be determined. The team also lost Player of the Year, Cleo Solomon, but Sarah Levit returns after earning Rookie of the Year honors last season. The team began its Spring season on the right foot with a win over York last weekend.

The crown-wearers from the past two seasons, Penn State Harrisburg, are determined to etch out a 3-peat in 2026. The Lion roster also looks completely different from a year ago with only freshman and sophomores on the lineup card. Karina Ko is the lone returner after earning Third Team All-Conference honors last season.

Cairn comes in at #3 in the poll and will rely on the leadership from Reagan Griffith after she collected First Team All-Conference honors in 2025. Lancaster Bible rounds out the top four as the Chargers retain senior leader and doubles All-Conference recipient, Jania Weist.
