LATHAM, N.Y. – The American Baseball Coaches Association and D3Baseball.com announced their All-America Teams on Thursday, May 28, with three United East players earning All-America honors. Penn State Harrisburg’s James Quici was named to the ABCA Third Team, while Lancaster Bible’s Dylan Witkowski and
Keystone College’s Dante Ruby earned D3Baseball.com Third Team and Fourth Team honors, respectively.
Quici burst onto the scene during his freshman campaign, slashing .403/.496/.672 with a 1.168 OPS while racking up 27 extra-base hits, including nine home runs and 13 doubles. His five triples matched the program’s single-season record and ranked 20th among Division III players this spring. The corner outfielder ranked 21st in the nation in hits with 75, 25th in total bases with 125, and 49th in RBIs with 57. The leadoff hitter also scored 54 runs, walked 35 times, and stole 19 bases this season. Across five NCAA Regional contests against No. 22 Russell Sage and (RV) Randolph-Macon, he hit two home runs and added a pair of doubles and a triple to go along with eight RBIs, five runs scored, and seven walks.
Witkowski put together a record-breaking season for the Chargers in 2026, posting the highest single-season batting average by a Charger since 2016 at .460, leading the United East Conference and ranking eighth in NCAA Division III. He also led the conference with a 1.421 OPS and scored a conference-best 66 runs, setting a new Lancaster Bible single-season program record. Witkowski additionally paced the Chargers in doubles, home runs, extra-base hits, and RBIs.
Ruby finished the year with 56 hits while batting .409 for the Giants this spring. He recorded 22 extra-base hits, including 14 doubles and six home runs, while driving in 36 RBIs. Ruby also posted a .528 on-base percentage and a .672 slugging percentage while stealing 11 bases.
