LANGHORNE, Pa. - The 2023 United East Women's Cross Country Championship took place Saturday afternoon on the campus of Cairn University. St. Mary's College of Maryland claimed the team title, marking the third straight season the Seahawks have hoisted the trophy.

Lancaster Bible College's Dana Keller crossed the finish line first as her time of 24:36.5 earned her Runner of the Year honors. She was followed by Cairn's Clarisse Hayden, who picked up second place with a time of 25:13.7. Rounding out the podium was Gallaudet University's Kathe Wilken-Yoder, who claimed the bronze medal with a time of 25:52.7.
At the race's conclusion, Keller was tabbed the Runner of the Year as well as the Elite 20 award which is awarded to a runner from the top-2 finishing teams who holds the highest GPA.
Along with a silver medal, Hayden also took home Rookie of the Year honors given to the top first year runner.
The Women's Cross Country Coach of the Year was awarded to Reava Potter, head coach at St. Mary's College of Maryland.
