LATHAM, N.Y. - The United East is proud to announce its 736 Scholar-Athlete selections from nine full-member institutions and five associate member schools for the 2022-23 academic year. This is an increase of 27 student-athletes from the 2021-22 academic year.
The annual list of honorees continues to illustrate the remarkable geographic diversity of the league and its member institutions with United East Scholar-Athletes representing 30 different states and 10 different countries. The list includes 94 student-athletes with perfect 4.0 GPAs as well.
In order to be selected, a student-athlete competing in a conference-sponsored sport must achieve a combined grade point average of 3.4 or higher for the fall and spring semesters and must have been in good standing on his or her team. A breakdown of scholar-athletes totals by institution and a key for the scholar-athlete list are provided below.

The United East has nine NCAA Division III member institutions which include: Gallaudet University, Lancaster Bible College, Morrisville State, Penn College, Penn State Abington, Penn State Berks, Penn State Harrisburg, St. Mary's College of Maryland and Wells College. The United East also includes three associate members in the sport of men’s golf including Clarks Summit University, Rosemont College, Rutgers University – Camden and Wilson College. Clarks Summit University is also an associate member in the sport of men’s tennis.
