LATHAM, N.Y. - The United East Conference has announced its 2024 Baseball - Skye Division All-Conference Teams. The All-Conference Teams are made up of thirteen student-athletes on each team with two separate All-Conference teams for this season. Four major awards have been handed out including Player of the Year, Pitcher of the Year, Rookie of the Year, and Coach of the Year.
Five out of the seven Skye Division institutions that sponsor Baseball were represented across the two All-Conference teams and major awards. Keystone College led the way with nine individuals named All-Conference, including the Pitcher of the Year, after winning the regular season championship.
Cairn University had seven members of the All-Conference teams, including the Player of the Year, Rookie of the Year, and Coach of the Year.
Wilson College was represented by six individuals on the All-Conference teams while University of Valley Forge and Clarks Summit University were each represented by two individuals, respectively.

Tyler Warr (Jr. / Langhorne, Pa.) has been named the 2024 United East Player of the Year - Skye Division after hitting .500 (34-for-68) in league play with 32 RBI, 4 HR, 6 2B and 54 Total Bases in 18 games played. On the season, Warr hit .429 and set new career-highs with 15 doubles, 5 home runs, and 49 RBI over the 43 games played. Within conference games, Warr was at the top of most offensive categories, leading the league in RBI (32), finishing tied for first with a .500 Batting Average, 4th in Slugging Percentage (.794), 4th in OPS (1.350), 5th in Hits (34), and 4th in Home Runs (4). Nationally, Warr ranks 34th in the country with a .429 Batting Average and 40th with 67 Hits. Warr was a First Team All-Conference selection in 2022 and 2023 as well as an All-Region honoree from the ABCA and D3Baseball.com for the 2023 season.
Brayan Villar (Sr. / West Orange, N.J.) has been named the 2024 United East Pitcher of the Year - Skye Division after leading the Keystone Giants pitching staff to a 16-2 record in Skye Division play. This season Villar led the United East with 8 wins on the mound while finishing seventh in the league with 56.0 Innings Pitched as well as 53 strikeouts. Nationally, Villar sits 22nd in the country with those 8 victories. Villar was an Honorable Mention All-Conference honoree in the 2023 season.
Mikey Gutierrez (FY / Cooper City, Fl.) has been named the 2024 United East Rookie of the Year - Skye Division after leading the United East with 5 wins on the mound in league play. Gutierrez set a new program record for wins (7) in a season and finished Top 5 in conference games for: Innings Pitched (3rd; 37.0), ERA (5th; 2.43), and Opposing Batting Average (4th; .212). Across the whole season, Gutierrez led the United East in Innings Pitched (67.2) while finishing Top 5 in ERA (2nd; 2.53), Opposing Batting Average (4th; .234), and strikeouts (4th; 57). Gutierrez was named United East Pitcher of the Week for the weeks of April 8, and April 29th.
Brett Marks guided the Cairn Highlanders to a 14-4 record in Skye Division play and a new single season wins record with 26 victories in 2024. Additionally, Marks set a new program record for career wins as a head coach with 64 wins over his three seasons at the helm of the Highlanders. Seven individuals were named All-Conference in 2024 including the Player and Rookie of the Year. This is the first Coach of the Year award for Marks.
