LATHAM, N.Y. - The 2025 United East Men’s and Women’s Indoor Track and Field Championships are set to begin on Friday. The one-day meet will take place at the Prince George’s Sports Complex and Learning Complex in Landover, Md.

A total of 10 teams, five on the men’s side and five on the women’s, will be competing for the 2025 Indoor Crown with no chance of a repeat as last year’s winners, Penn State Behrend, have departed to a new conference. Carlow University, Gallaudet University, Lancaster Bible College, Penn State Harrisburg and St. Mary's College of Maryland will all have the opportunity to hoist the trophy at the conclusion of the meet. 

Teams will compete in 16 different events including eight individual races, two relays, four jumps and two throws. 

The first event takes place at 10:30 AM with the final event scheduled for 4:20 PM. After the conclusion of all events an awards ceremony will take place honoring both the winning teams as well as any individual award winners.

T-Shirts will be available for purchase for fans and family of the winning team. Shirts will be 20$ cash only. Those will be served on a first come first serve basis.
