Lexow was outstanding for the Bison as she helped her team to a historic season. On the court, she was a defensive menace as she led the league in a number of statistical categories. Through 29 games, the Abington, Pa. native piled up 94 steals which not only led the conference but was ranked 13th in the nation. She also controlled the paint with 65 blocks which ranked 16th across Division III. Offensively, Lexow ranked fifth in the United East in assists (108) and eighth in points-per-game (14.9). One of her top performances came in a win over Cairn this year as she was just two steals shy of a triple-double (20 points, 11 assists, eight steals).
Lexow has earned plenty of recognition for her play including being named the United East Defensive Player of the Year. Along with that she collected First Team All-Conference Accolades as well as D3hoops.com All-Region honors. Her efforts on and off the court also helped her achieve Jostens Award Finalists honors.
In the classroom, the graduate student was equally impressive. The psychology major has maintained a perfect 4.00 GPA.
This season, the combo guard was critical in helping Gallaudet secure its first ever conference title, finishing the season with a record of 18-11.
