The squad found themselves in a scoreless draw at the half but three quick second-half goals by the Diplomats put the Lions in a hole. Olivia Sgrignioli found the back of the net in the 72nd minute but the comeback bid ran out of time.

The Lions will return to the pitch today with a match against McDaniel who is ranked No. 8 in Region V. That game will kick off at 7 p.m. in Middletown, Pa.
