LATHAM, N.Y. - The United East has announced its 2026 Women's Outdoor Track & Field All-Conference Teams and Major Award winners. The three All-Conference teams are each made up of the top three finishers from 20 events held at the conference championship. The conference also awarded its Player of the Year, Rookie of the Year and its Coach of the Year for the 2025-26 season.
Major Award Winners
Co- Track Athletes of the Year: MaKayla Reichel, Penn State Harrisburg and London Best, St. Mary's College of Maryland
Field Athlete of the Year: Jillian Zukley, St. Mary's College of Maryland
Rookie of the Year: MaKayla Reichel, Penn State Harrisburg and London Best, St. Mary's College of Maryland
Coach of the Year: Reava Potter, St. Mary's College of Maryland
London Best delivered an outstanding performance on the track, totaling 26 points with victories in both the 100-meter and 200-meter races. Best earned recognition as United East Co-Track Athlete of the Year and Co-Rookie of the Year. Joining her as United East Co -Track Athlete of the Year and Co-Rookie of the Year was Penn State Harrisburg's MaKayla Reichel. Reichel scored 26 points after winning the 3,000-meter steeplechase and placing second in both the 5,000-meter and 10,000-meter races.
In the field events, Jillian Zukley excelled in the throws, capturing titles in the hammer throw and shot put while also finishing runner-up in the discus. Her performance earned her United East Field Athlete of the Year honors. After leading her team to a conference championship, Reava Potter was selected as the United East Coach of the Year.
