LATHAM, N.Y. - Three United East women’s cross country teams earned All-Academic honors from the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) this week. St. Mary’s College of Maryland, Lancaster Bible College and Cedar Crest College were all recognized.

WOMEN'S XC ALL-ACADEMIC TEAMS
To qualify for All-Academic distinction, teams must have a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.1 on a 4.0 scale, including the most recent grading period, among other qualifiers.
Lancaster Bible combined for a GPA of 3.77 all while finishing third as a team in this year’s Championship. The Chargers had three All-Conference runners this season including Abby Ames whose second place finish led the team.
The Seahawks maintained a GPA of 3.52 this year and picked up their fourth-straight conference title in the process. Nine runners picked up All-Conference accolades at this year’s Championship including Mi’Leah Cotton who topped her squad and picked up Rookie of the Year honors.
Cedar Crest held a GPA of 3.17 this season and finished sixth in the team standings at the United East Championship. A pair of Falcons earned All-Conference recognition including Erica Cook who earned a First Team nod with a seventh place finish.
